Thanks for the tip. I started with the stock os card, updated Jelos ota, and then cloned the card onto a good card. The last release for JELOS was in 20240313. Three days later on November 23, 2023 they announced a developer volunteered to maintain JELOS for RK3566 devices. They're shipped as ext4 usually now because of the Jelos update for merged storage. It might have a promising future with Android but the lack of a touchscreen means lots of tinkering is necessary. On Jelos, I either had no audio or had audio but i couldn’t lower it. Only issue with the RGB30 is Powkiddy having a mixed-bag QC. The square 720p screen looks sharp and clear, the front-firing speakers are even louder and more immersive than the downward-firing speakers on the X55.
